REPLACEMENT COST CONTENTS

This simply means there is no depreciation due to the age or condition of your property. If an insured loss occurs and you replace your personal property, you will be paid the full amount of the item (less your deductible).

INCREASED LIMITS OF LIABILITY

You might need more coverage than provided in the basic policy. If so, you can increase the coverage to protect yourself.

The standard homeowner policy will pay for repair or rebuilding your home up to policy limits. This coverage will replace your home even if the cost is greater than the policy limit, subject to policy limitations.

DWELLING FIRE

Constitutional Casualty Company's Dwelling Fire policy is based on the 1988 Edition of ISO's Dwelling Policy Program offering DP-3 coverage, with competitive rates. Optional coverages available include contents, permitted incidental occupancies, premises liability, theft.
